TDS V20 – medium-speed twin-shaft shredder
When slow-speed is too slow and high-speed shredders are too aggressive for the material mix, medium speed is often a good compromise. The TDS V20 is designed for demanding fractions where you need both capacity and a degree of particle size control.
For your operation this means the ability to open materials for sorting, reduce volume before transport or feed downstream processes more consistently. Choice of knives, opening and feed speed affects both wear and quality of the outgoing stream.
We look at the entire rig: feed system, screen, dust/noise and how the machine will be moved between projects. Contact Steco for recommended configuration and updated documentation at quotation.
